Marie and I have developed a taste for chopped BBQ Brisket sandwiches. We've been eating ours at Buc-ee's when we stop in either Port Lavaca, Wharton or I-10.
Anyway, we split a sandwich and it was tasty. The guy in the hoodie had taken out a big hunk of beef brisket that he had cooked in the smoker/BBQ.
